Providing Political Education

The Oakland PAC helps educate voters about the positions that local and statewide candidates take on issues affecting our economy. Chamber members are kept up to date on the opportunities to support pro-business candidates in their area. Chamber members are provided with voting records, candidate questionnaire’s, and other information to help them cast educated votes in elections.  Our PAC realizes that there are two ways to impact policy: from the outside, with targeted, issues-based messaging; and from the inside, by helping elect and support candidates who represent pro-business values.

Contribute to Chamber PAC

Chamber PAC is funded through donations by OAACC members and private citizens. In addition to bringing significant financial resources to bear in key races, the OAACC PAC mobilizes the business community to action in other ways, including get-out-the-vote campaigns, candidate forums and other grassroots activities.
