Shonda Scott, CEO of 360 Total Concept, a management consulting firm providing services to organizations in areas of monitoring and contract compliance, logistics, facilities management, and public relations. Shonda Scott uses her nearly two decades of business experience to assist clients with “Turning Concepts into Reality”
In 2012, Shonda was appointed to President Obama’s Platform Committee. In the same year, she was recognized by NCWC, a national women’s organization, as Businesswoman of the Year. Ms. Scott has served on The White House Council for Women and Girls inaugural committee of community leaders. Based on her civic and community leadership, in 2006 Congresswoman Barbara Lee recognized Shonda as a CBC Young Leader.
In addition to her entrepreneurial and civic work, Ms. Scott is the executive producer and host of a talk show, Spotlight with Shonda Scott, which highlights the positive stories in the Bay Area featuring guests such as the City’s Mayor, Ambassador Andrew Young, Congresswoman Barbara Lee, many other officials and award winning entertainers.
To help address the healthcare disparities in urban communities, Shonda founded The Pink Access Foundation, a non-profit cancer foundation that uses creative approaches to bring awareness and raise funds to support organizations providing services to cancer survivors in underserved communities. awareness.
Shonda is honored to have served: Chair of the Alameda County Human Relations Commission, Vice President of Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) of Northern California, Board of Regents for Bishop O’Dowd High School, and UCLA Alumni Association.
Shonda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (with a business emphasis) from University of California, Los Angeles, and graduate studies at Holy Names University, MBA program. Shonda is also honored to be the mother of her son, Austin who is a rising Junior at California State University, Sacramento.
